The majority of participants consist of ladies who all live in the surrounding of Lagun. Only sometimes a male participant appears. Norvin has developed a vivid program which should not be underestimated. It’s hard drill, but it is also a lot of laugh. The important thing is to be in motion and to do something for the condition. Norvin gets everything out of you and it’s amazing how every time again he gets together such a large group. By the way – afterwards you can count fluently Papiamentu!
